Our pricing varies but is flat rate inclusive of a 4-day rental term, one-time delivery/pickup, and tonnage disposal. 

The dumpster size you will need for your project will depend on the volume of the debris for disposal. We offer 10, 20, and 30-yard dumpsters to accommodate you. We can assist you in determining the size to meet your requirements. 

The more notice, the better.  However, availability is the factor. Thus, we aim for same-day or next-day delivery. But two days' notice is customary. 

Dumpsters placed entirely on private property do not require a permit. However, if a dumpster rental is placed in a Right of Way (streets, alleys, public sidewalks, curbs, and the berm/green area - between curb/sidewalk), a permit from the city is required. You can apply for and obtain a Permit at your city hall. 

No, you cannot move the dumpster.  As damage could occur, you will be responsible for all associated costs. Upon delivery, it will be placed in a safe and convenient space.  

Renters are liable for any damages due to negligence or improper use incurred while in possession of the container. 

Surcharges include rental extensions, excess weight, trip fees due to route delays (relocation, locked gates, obstruction), overloading, and prohibited debris. Please refer to our rental policy for more info. 

We can provide additional hauls. But it's the same as re-renting the dumpster. Therefore, you will be charged the price initially quoted. 

If you wish to cancel your dumpster order, please inform us immediately. Canceling on arrival will result in a $75 trip fee. However, after the dumpster has been delivered to the designated site, there are no refunds. The cost of the dumpster service is forfeited for cancellation afterward. 

We limit the rental time to allow other renters the opportunity for usage. However, if availability permits, we may extend the rental not to exceed a 10-day maximum to give you more time to discard all the materials from your project. 

No dirt, tires, asphalt, cement, or bricks. We also cannot accept hazardous waste per local and state environmental dumping laws. These include biohazard/medical waste, asbestos, chemicals, liquids (paint, oils, solvents, etc.), propane tanks, explosives, flammables, aerosols, radioactive waste, batteries, etc. See our “Won‘t Haul Away” section on the homepage for a full list. 

Disposal overages are charged if the dumpster's contents weight exceeds the rental allowance. Dumpsters are weighed before and after dumping to acquire the debris' actual volume. Any weight over the included tonnage is invoiced at $70 per ton and due upon receipt. 

We offer regular pricing but occasionally run promotions and grant deals to our repeat consumers. 

The visible items that can be recycled or donated are set aside to be received at the appropriate facilities. You can help be green by loading recyclables on the top inside of the dumpster. Or separate them for us. All other materials will be disposed of at a state-approved licensed transfer station. 

Our pricing is based on item or load size, hauling, and disposal. 

Yes. We can enter your home or business to load the materials from wherever. Or you can place them in one central location indoors or outdoors. It is totally up to you.

We have several dumpster sizes available for hauling debris. During your consultation, we will assess and plan accordingly for the appropriate sizing. 

Most removal projects can commence on the spot, the same, or the next day. And we can be done in an hour or less depending on complexity, with larger jobs taking several hours or more.

Tipping is not expected nor obligatory but greatly appreciated. Feel free to do so as you see fit. 

No, we are not a disposal facility. We haul and dispose of materials as inclusion of our removal services.

Despite our name, we do not. We differ from garbage collection companies as we pick up excess household trash, bulk items, and other waste they won't take. They dispose of everyday household trash limited to what fits in a bin. 

No, we do not provide recycling pickup. We only recycle items we receive in our removal servicing.

We accept cash, credit, and debit cards, Zelle, and PayPal. A 3% convenience fee applies to all card transactions.
