Dumpster pricing varies and is a flat rate inclusive of a 4-day rental term, one-time delivery/pickup, and tonnage disposal.
The dumpster size you will need for your project depends on the volume of the debris. We offer 10-yard, 20-yard, and 30-yard dumpsters to accommodate. We can help you determine the size to meet your requirements.
The more notice, the better. However, availability is the factor. Thus, we aim for same-day or next-day delivery. But two days' notice is customary.
Dumpsters placed entirely on private property do not require a permit. However, if a dumpster rental is placed in a right-of-way (such as the street, alley, public sidewalk, or curb), a permit from the city is required. Apply for and obtain a permit at your city hall.
No, you cannot move the dumpster. Moving it may cause damage, and you will be responsible for all associated costs. Upon delivery, it will be placed in a safe and convenient location.
Renters are liable for any damages resulting from negligence or improper use while in possession of a container.
Add-ons include rental extensions, excess weight, trip fees due to route delays (such as relocation, locked gates, or obstructions), overloading, and prohibited debris. Please refer to our rental policy for more info.
We can provide additional hauls. But it's the same as re-renting the dumpster. Therefore, you will be charged the price initially quoted.
If you wish to cancel your dumpster order, please inform us immediately. Canceling on arrival will result in a $75 trip fee. However, after the dumpster has been delivered to the designated site, no refunds are available. The cost of the dumpster service is forfeited.
Yes, we limit the rental duration to allow other renters the opportunity. However, if availability permits, we may extend the rental to give you more time to discard all the materials from your project.
We cannot accept dirt, tires, asphalt, cement, or bricks. Additionally, per local and state environmental dumping laws, we do not accept hazardous waste, which includes: medical waste, asbestos, chemicals, liquids (such as paint and oils), propane tanks, explosives, flammable materials, aerosols, radioactive waste, batteries, etc. For a complete list of items we won't haul away, please see the “Won’t Haul Away” section on our homepage.
Disposal overages are charged if the dumpster's contents exceed the rental weight allowance. Dumpsters are weighed before and after dumping to calculate the actual volume. Any weight over the included tonnage is invoiced at $70 per ton and due upon receipt.
We offer regular pricing, but occasionally run promotions and give deals to our repeat consumers.
The visible items that can be recycled or donated are set aside to be received at the appropriate facilities. You can help be green by loading recyclables on the top inside of the dumpster. Or separate them for us. All other materials will be disposed of at a state-approved licensed transfer station.
Our pricing is based on item or load size, hauling, and disposal.
Yes. We can enter your home or business to load materials from wherever. You can also place them in a central location indoors or outdoors. It is totally up to you.
We have several dumpster sizes available for hauling debris. During your consultation, we will assess and plan accordingly for the appropriate sizing.
Most removal projects can commence on the spot, the same day, or the next day. We can complete in an hour or less, depending on complexity, with larger jobs taking several hours or more.
Tipping isn't expected or obligatory, but appreciated. Feel free to do so as you see fit.
No, we are not a disposal facility. We haul and dispose of materials as part of our removal services.
Despite our name, we do not. We differ from garbage collection companies by picking up excess household trash, bulk items, and other waste they won't take. They dispose of everyday household trash, limited to what fits in a bin.
No, we do not provide recycling pickup. We only recycle items during our removal servicing.
We accept Zelle, cash, credit, and debit cards. A 3% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions.
